Link 4
Link 4 is a classic strategy game challenging players to create a line of four matching tokens. The core objective is to strategically drop colored pieces into a vertical grid, aiming to align four in a row before your opponent does, either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
How to Play Link 4
Engage in this two-player turn-based contest. Each participant selects a color and takes alternating turns releasing a token into a chosen column. The piece will fall to the lowest available position. Your goal is to form an unbroken sequence of four tokens while simultaneously blocking your adversary's attempts to do the same.
Main Gameplay
The game unfolds on a standard grid. Progression is made one deliberate move at a time, with the tension increasing as the board fills. The visual style is clean and focused, centering entirely on the evolving pattern of tokens. A victory is secured upon successfully connecting four pieces, while a completely filled board with no winner results in a stalemate.
Tips for Players
Anticipation is crucial for success. Focus on creating multiple potential winning paths with a single move, forcing your opponent into a defensive position. Always scan the board to identify and disrupt emerging sequences of two or three tokens that your opponent is developing. Strategic placement is key to gaining control of the game.
