Museum Night Shift is a strategic puzzle game where you patrol a hex-grid museum at night. Your core objective is to outmaneuver a cunning thief and prevent a valuable emerald from being stolen, using turn-based planning to control the environment.
How to Play Museum Night Shift
You advance through turns, with each of your steps potentially altering the thief's intended path. Use environmental switches to control security gates, opening and closing them to block his escape routes and guide him into your trap. Your goal is to catch the thief directly or to recover the emerald after it has been taken.
Main Gameplay
The game features 50 unique, handcrafted levels set across five distinct museum wings. Success is measured by efficiency, with coins earned for clever and effective captures. Completing the entire campaign allows you to unlock a New Game+ mode, where you can replay challenges for double coin rewards. There is no time pressure; you can carefully consider every move.
Tips for Players
Patience is key. Since there is no timer, take your time to observe the thief's patterns and predict his next move. Focus on using the gates strategically to funnel him away from the emerald or towards a confrontation. Completing the exhibit album by earning coins requires mastering efficient interception tactics.
