Sand Blocks is a relaxing puzzle game where you drop colorful shapes that shatter into pouring sand. Your goal is to form matching colored rows and clear the board before the sand piles up too high and the game ends.
How to Play Sand Blocks
At the start of every turn, you receive a set of three distinct sand block shapes. You have the freedom to place each block on the grid in any order you choose, allowing for creative and strategic setups.
Main Gameplay
Once a shape is placed, it instantly disintegrates into sand particles. The sand then behaves like a fluid, flowing and settling naturally according to gravity and the existing piles. This dynamic creates shifting terrain that constantly changes the landscape. To score, you must complete an entire horizontal line using only one specific color of sand to clear that row.
Tips for Players
Since the sand flows, placing blocks higher up can cause the material to slide into gaps, disrupting your carefully laid plans. Try to place shapes that fit into existing depressions to prevent the sand from rising too rapidly. Keep a close eye on the rising sand levels, as the match concludes if the sand ever reaches the limit line.
