How to Play Taiga: Expedition
Your objective is to transport diverse cargo, including logs and fuel barrels, across challenging routes. The physics engine simulates real-world driving; items in your truck bed sway and can fall off if you hit bumps too hard. You must manage acceleration, braking, and steering delicately to maintain balance. Completing deliveries earns you up to three stars based on the cargo you kept and your completion time.
Main Gameplay
Drive through mud, water fords, and dense forests across 50 handcrafted routes. Choose between risky shortcuts or safer detours to navigate obstacles like sticky mud and boulders. Drive a fleet of five unique vehicles, such as the Zubr-130 and Cayman-6522. Customize your trucks by upgrading the engine, suspension, and fuel tank, or paint the body in six different colors.
Tips for Players
To protect your fragile cargo, prioritize stability over speed. Approach hazards like deep fords and boulders cautiously to prevent shifting loads. Use vehicle upgrades to enhance performance on difficult terrain. Aim for three stars by balancing quick delivery times with careful driving that ensures all cargo reaches the sawmill intact.
