Tetra Blocks is a block puzzle game where you drag pieces onto a board and arrange them to complete full rows and columns. The main goal is to collect all the objective star blocks in Challenge mode, or simply chase a high score in the other mode.
How to Play Tetra Blocks
Drag and drop each block onto the puzzle board to begin filling it. To clear sections and gather the star blocks, you must create complete lines. These are formed by matching a horizontal row of nine blocks, a vertical column of nine blocks, or a solid 3x3 square. The game offers two distinct ways to play. In Challenge mode, the objective is to collect all the specified star blocks on the board. In the other mode, the focus is on earning points to achieve the highest score possible.
Main Gameplay
The core mechanic centers on strategic placement. You are presented with blocks that must be positioned on the grid. Progression in Challenge mode is measured by how quickly and efficiently you can form the required lines of nine to clear the star blocks. The alternative mode measures success through a points system, rewarding you for the patterns you create on the board.
Tips for Players
Before placing a block, plan your move to set up multiple lines at once. An empty column is as useful as an empty row. In Challenge mode, identify where the star blocks are located and prioritize filling the lines that will reach them. For high score play, look for opportunities to complete more than one line with a single block placement. Keep the board organized to avoid getting stuck with pieces that do not fit.
