Transition is a heartfelt journey where you guide a small, melancholic creature in search of its true color and life purpose. When magic suddenly arrives, you must help it reach platforms that match its hue, all while racing against time and avoiding the dreaded black platforms that can end the game. This award-winning game, created at Bratislava Game Jam 2016, captures the theme of change and transition beautifully.

In Transition, you control the little creature by moving it across platforms, ensuring it lands only on those matching its current color. Time is limited, so act quickly and dodge black platforms at all costs. The goal is to reach the final platform of the same color to discover the creature's purpose, blending puzzle elements with a touching narrative.
